Two new AUTHORIZED FIELDS have been added to the authorization system and updated on the private message.

AUTHORITY: Private message (vip) - Even a private closed message can send a private message.

AUTHORITY: Radio manager - (work still going on ...)

About private message:

Those who had previously turned off private messaging did not send messages without opening the private key.

With the new update, those who are no longer special can send messages without opening the special.
