* Only people with Root nickname can remove all chat bans in bulk.

In order to open a banned person, you must have a higher rank than the forbidden administrator.

Root nickname is not subject to hierarchical authority control in the ban removal system.

* Root nickname, regardless of who threw the ban, can remove the bans.

As you can see, a hierarchical system has been added to the Pangi voice chat panels, which are hierarchical, depending on the rank and authority of the whole system.
